Tuition Fees

School Tuition Fees                                         

        

 Registered Parish Family:      One Child - $4,100                   Two Children - $5,850                  3+ Children - $6,900

*Non-Registered Family:      One Child - $4,700                    Two Children -    $6,700                3+ Children - $7,700

 

*(If you are not a registered member of St. Alphonsus Parish, St. Mary’s Parish in Hawk Point or Sacred Heart Parish in Elsberry, you must pay the non-registered family rate.)

 There are scholarship funds available through the parish and from the Archdiocese of St. Louis.  Please contact Mrs. Lisa Huber if you have any questions regarding scholarship applications at (573)  384-5305.

 We use the FACTS program to collect tuition payments for school and preschool.  This method uses ACH or credit card payment options.

 ** A 2% deduction will be given if tuition is paid semi-annually (8/30 and 1/30).

***A 3% deduction on tuition will be given if tuition is paid up front annually (8/30).

Per the School Handbook, student records cannot be transferred if accounts are not paid in full by the end of the school year.

Preschool Tuition Fees

TUITION FOR ST. ALPHONSUS PRESCHOOL STUDENTS

2025-2026

(Fall School Year Program August 13, 2025 – May 15, 2026)                                 

 Full time           7:00 am-3:30 pm       5 days   $175.00 per week =  $6,650 Total*

Full time           7:00-3:30 pm       4 days  $140.00 per week =  $5,320 Total*

Part Time         7:00 am-3:30 pm     3 Days   $105.00 per week  =  $3,990 Total*

Preschool students may stay later than 3:30 pm, however they will be charged an extra $10 per day per child. This will be billed at the end of each month. STUDENTS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 5 P.M.

 

LUNCH CARDS COST $70.00/20 LUNCHES (includes milk) 

(Hot lunch served from school cafeteria.)

SUPPLY FEES: 

$35 (New Enrollment) - $25.00 per family (after the first year)

 (New Enrollments:  Fee is required with enrollment. 2nd year enrollment due on the first day of school.)

  

Fees for After School Child Care

                   

PER CHILD:

Before School - $10.00 After School - Early Release - $16.00

After School Care is for St. Alphonsus School and Preschool students only.

 

Lunch Program

St. Alphonsus School and Preschool provides a hot lunch program for our students. Students are served an entree, a vegetable and fruit along with low fat chocolate milk to drink. Water is also available for those who do not drink milk. We do not participate in the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch Program but offer a reduced lunch price for those who turn in an application and qualify.

Hot lunches are $3.50 per student. Families may purchase lunch tickets if they prefer. A lunch ticket is $70.00 (20 lunches). We also sell milks to students who bring lunch boxes. Milk tickets are $6.00 (20 milks per ticket). The school will send a notice home with your student when your lunch count runs low or runs out.

Our school received a grant from the St. Louis Dairy Council to provide a snack cart for students. Students in grades K through 8 may purchase a snack for $.50. We also offer a "Snack Ticket" for $10 which provides your student(s) with 20 snacks. Snacks are healthy and/or dairy based such as yogurt, cheese sticks, yogurt drinks, etc. as well as fruit and grain bars, cheese and crackers, breakfast bars, etc. We also offer fruit for our non-dairy and/or grain free/gluten free students.
